City Council Officers, Police, Fire Service and Elected Members meet on a 4 weekly basis to discuss problems in the Westerhope and Denton Wards. Often a particular problem cannot be resolved through this process and a separate "Stand Alone Problem Solving" meeting has to be arranged, this will include more stakeholders and will aim to resolve the particular issue within an agreed timescale.
